The undead are back, and Manhattan is deadlier than ever. AMC Networks has confirmed that The Walking Dead: Dead City Season 2 will premiere Sunday, May 4 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC and AMC+. Fans can now watch the opening minutes of the upcoming season, offering a glimpse into the chaos that awaits Maggie (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).

Set in a post-apocalyptic New York City, Dead City follows Maggie and Negan as they navigate a world long cut off from the mainland. Once a bustling metropolis, the city has become a dangerous battlefield ruled by both the living and the dead. But this season, their uneasy alliance is put to the test as they find themselves on opposing sides of a growing war for control over Manhattan.
