El Planeta: Streaming March 1

Director Amalia Ulman's debut feature El Planeta offers a witty yet poignant look at survival and resilience. It stars Amalia Ulman (Magic Farm), Nacho Vigalondo (Timecrimes), and Zhou Chen (Sisters with Transistors).


Set in a crumbling Spanish coastal town, this dark comedy follows a mother-daughter duo as they navigate economic instability with humor and cunning. The film presents a deeply personal exploration of female agency and economic survival.

Xu Haofeng and Xu Junfeng’s 100 Yards is a visually striking martial arts epic set in 1920s China. Featuring intricate fight choreography and a gripping storyline, the film honors the legacy of Wuxia cinema while delivering an intense, emotional narrative.


Starring Jacky Heung (Chasing Dream) and Andy On (Black Mask 2: City of Masks).

Quentin Dupieux's 'Daaaaaali!' is an unconventional take on the life of surrealist icon Salvador Dalí. Known for his absurdist storytelling, Dupieux presents a playful and inventive reimagining of the legendary artist's world, complete with a score by Daft Punk's Thomas Bangalter.


The film stars Edouard Baer (Astérix & Obélix: Mission Cléopâtre), Anaïs Demoustier (Alice and the Mayor), Jonathan Cohen (Budapest), and Gilles Lellouche (Sink or Swim).

Martial Arts Classics: MUBI's tribute to Wuxia cinema highlights the genre’s most compelling films.


The Assassin (Hou Hsiao-hsien) – A stunningly crafted tale of an exiled assassin confronting her past.


The Final Master (Xu Haofeng) – A Wing Chun master struggles to preserve his martial arts legacy amid shifting political tides.


Shadow (Zhang Yimou) – A visually breathtaking saga of deception and war, blending striking monochrome cinematography with high-stakes action.
