HGTV is revamping its beloved real estate competition Love It or List It with a brand-new season set to premiere this Summer of 2025. This time, Page Turner, best known for Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip, steps in as the show’s new designer, going head-to-head with longtime real estate expert David Visentin.
In the upcoming season, homeowners at a crossroads will once again face the ultimate decision—stick with a newly renovated home or move on to a better fit. Page will bring her signature design expertise to transform outdated spaces, while David searches for a dream home that meets their needs.
"HGTV fans first came to love Page Turner on Flip or Flop Nashville and Fix My Flip and were introduced to her competitive side in two seasons of Rock the Block," said Loren Ruch, Head of Content at HGTV. "Her extensive background in real estate and design will be a superpower as she enters into this celebrated real estate rivalry. We cannot wait to watch her give David a run for his money."
