Reba McEntire, the iconic country singer and actress, is set to lead NBC's latest comedy Happy's Place, premiering on Friday, October 18, 2024, and will be available to stream on Peacock the next day after it airs on TV.

The series is expected to blend heartfelt moments with laugh-out-loud humor, with McEntire starring as Bobbie, a woman who inherits her father’s restaurant, only to discover she has an unexpected business partner, a half-sister she didn't know existed.

Fans of McEntire’s work have plenty to look forward to this season, as she not only stars in Happy’s Place but also joins The Voice as a coach for its 25th season. Between her new sitcom and The Voice, McEntire is proving she’s still one of the busiest stars in entertainment.

The show features a fantastic cast, including:

  • Reba McEntire (Reba Sitcom) as Bobbie

  • Belissa Escobedo (Blue Beetle) as Isabella

  • Melissa Peterman (Young Sheldon) as Gabby

  • Pablo Castelblanco (Alaska Daily) as Steve

  • Tokala Black Elk (Yellowstone) as Takoda

  • Rex Linn (Big Sky) as Emmett

In a delightful nod to her previous sitcom Reba, McEntire is reunited with Melissa Peterman. Peterman plays a pivotal role in Happy’s Place, while Rex Linn takes on the part of the seasoned short-order cook, adding even more charm and humor to the ensemble.

The show benefits from an experienced production team that includes Kevin Abbott (Roseanne), Michael Hanel(Reba, Why Women Kill), Mindy Schultheis (Reba, Why Women Kill), Julie Abbott, and Reba McEntire as executive producers, the show is produced by Universal Television.

McEntire hinted at what viewers can expect: "It's gonna be heartfelt, fun, and funny. You'll laugh at our silliness but also be touched by the heart in our show."

With its strong cast, engaging plot, and McEntire's magnetic presence, both in Happy’s Place and as a coach on The Voice, this season promises to be an exciting one.
