On Call: A POV Cop Drama - What Wolf Entertainment’s First Streaming Series Brings to Prime Video

Prime Video has shared a first look at On Call, a new police procedural drama from creators Tim Walsh and Elliot Wolf. Marking Wolf Entertainment’s debut in scripted streaming, On Call will premiere on January 9, 2025, exclusively on Prime Video, with all eight episodes ready to stream at launch.

The series brings an adrenalized take to police drama, blending intense action with an intimate look at life on the beat. Set in Long Beach, California, On Call follows the day-to-day of a rookie and a veteran officer as they patrol the city’s streets, facing the moral dilemmas that come with enforcing the law.

Offering viewers a unique perspective, On Call uses bodycam, dashcam, and cellphone footage to create an immersive, cinéma vérité style that pulls viewers into the action.

On Call stars Troian Bellisario (Pretty Little Liars) as Traci Harmon, a veteran officer who’s tough yet protective, balancing her role while mentoring new recruits. Brandon Larracuente (The Good Doctor) plays Alex Diaz, an ambitious rookie who quickly learns the harsh realities of modern policing.

The cast also includes Eriq La Salle (ER, Logan) as Sergeant Lasman, who serves as both an executive producer and episode director. Lori Loughlin (Full House) joins as Lieutenant Bishop and Rich Ting (Tulsa King) appears as Sergeant Koyama.
